Ltd. is located in Cuijiazhuang Industrial Park, Dingxiang County, Shanxi Province, the hometown of China's forging at the foot of Wutai Mountain, the holy site of Buddhism, a world cultural heritage, with a superior geographic location and convenient transportation.

The factory covers an area of 39,600 square meters and a building area of 26,400 square meters. It is a large-scale enterprise specializing in the production of wind turbine tower flanges, wind turbine brake disc flanges, wind turbine spindles and autoclave flanges, glass kettle flanges, pressure vessel flanges, elbow fittings, and large-scale forging parts processing, with an annual production capacity of 45,000 tons, and with stable product quality.

It can meet the processing of forgings from Φ50 to Φ8000mm, with a height of 1200mm and a weight of 40 tons or less. The products are widely used in aerospace, nuclear power, military, wind power, shipbuilding, engineering machinery, petrochemical, pressure vessel and other industries. Shanxi Huan Guan Heavy Industry Group Limited 30 years of development history

1992

Sanyou Forging Factory was initially established in Cuijiazhuang, Dingxiang County, Shanxi Province, with a registered capital of 50,000 RMB, and the prototype of the predecessor of Huan Guan Group was gradually formed.

April 2003

Dingxiang County Sanyou Forging Factory was listed officially established, with a registered capital of 300,000 yuan.

2008

Sanyou Forging Factory can process large autoclave flanges, large diameter flange ring forgings, laying a solid foundation for doing wind power flanges at a later stage!

2016

Dingxiang Sanyou Forging Factory and Shanxi Huanguan Group were integrated and reorganized, and Shanxi Huanguan Group was formally established!

2020

Successful trial production of the 8-meter ring mill! Cheer up! Shanxi Huan Guan Heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd. is now capable of producing offshore wind power flanges!

2000

After many years of preliminary exploration and development, the factory plant was established, the factory was set up in Dingxiang County Cuijiazhuang, the factory area of 2,000 square meters, factory workers 10 people.

December 2006

The company has added an area of 5,000 square feet workshop plant with 20 employees.

2013

The 10th anniversary of the establishment of Dingxiang County Sanyou Forge.

2019

The company employs 120 people, 10 forging units, 10 ring milling units, including 2 senior engineers, 5 engineers and technicians, 3 inspectors!

It has 1 set of 10,000-ton hydraulic press, 1 set of 4,000-ton hydraulic press, 1 set of 8-meter ring mill, 2 sets of 5-meter ring mill, and more than 100 sets of supporting discharging machine, manipulator, forklift, large-scale CNC vertical lathe, CNC drilling machine, and heat treatment furnace machining equipment.

It is one of the enterprises that have obtained the "special equipment manufacturing license", and has passed ISO9001 international system certification, GB/T24001-2016/ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification, GB/T28001-2011/OHSAS18001:2007 occupational health and safety management system certification, ASME product certification, GJB9001C-2017 weapons and equipment quality management system certification, PCCC electrical product certification.
